Padma Yoga

    HOT YOGA is an athletic practice and the signature style of Padma Yoga. By
    heating the room between 85 and 95 degrees, the body is warmed, allowing for
    deeper stretching. The muscles, tendons, and ligaments become more soft and
    flexible. The heat also promotes sweating, which is a method of detoxification
    and cleansing. Hot Yoga is a highly challenging yet deeply rewarding practice.

    MORNING FLOW is a beautiful way to invite energy and focus to your day.
    Build strength, flexibility and balance through challenging asanas in this sun-

    POWER YOGA is a challenging and fun class that focuses on building
    strength and using that strength to tackle advanced asanas, such as inversions

    BEGINNER YOGA is a great way to start your yoga practice! Emphasis is
    placed on  yoga fundamentals and providing students with the guidance they
    need to develop a safe and beneficial yoga practice. In this class, students will
    receive individual attention while learning basic yoga postures, yogic breathing,
    and relaxation techniques.  Perfect for every level, ability and flexibility!
